2. What fuel is used in Bhuurja 10Kg?PELLETS - Pellets are a type of solid fuel from compressed organic material. They are usually small, cylindrical in shape made using compressed biomass and have a high energy density. Pellets can be made from various sources of biomass, such as agricultural waste, energy crops, untreated lumber, coconut or groundnut shells, cow dung, etc.
3. How to use Cookstove?Fill in 10 Kg of Pellets into the Cookstove (below the level of secondary air hole outlets). Pour 20 to 30 drops of diesel over the pellets to help it ignite and light a matchstick on it for ignition of pellets.
4. Can we refill pellets in cookstove during operation?YES. To refill the pellets, you need to pull the combustion chamber outward with the handle provided for the cookstove. Refill the pellets and push it back into position.
5. Can we fill lesser than recommended amount of pellets in cookstove?YES. As per your cooking requirements, lesser than recommended pellets can be used.
6. Why is there a Battery for the cookstove?The cookstove is a forced Draft Improved cookstove which requires external air for complete combustion resulting in no smoke while cooking. The cookstove has a battery in order to operate the fan that is attached to the cookstove. The fan is used to regulate the air flow inside the cookstove chamber.
7. When to charge the cookstove battery?The battery can be used for up to 6 to 7 days once charged. An alarm is provided to the battery which will sound when it needs to be charged and the same to be charged with the charger provided.
8. How to remove ash & clean the cookstove?The cookstove has an ash tray inside the combustion chamber. Place a tray under the cookstove bottom space, open the ash tray with a handle provided to empty the ash and shift the handle back into closed position when done. Later, clean the cookstove with a dry clean kitchen cloth/ kitchen towel.
9. What is the Cookstove Warranty?There is a one-year warranty for the cookstove (with 6 months warranty for the battery and other electrical parts).
10. What is the weight capacity for the Cookstove?The cookstove weight capacity is up to 200 kg of food.
